Ainslie Urban Farm
Fiona is the founder of Ainslie Urban Farm and grows microgreens for local restaurants in a greenhouse at her property in Ainslie - a suburb in the inner north of Canberra.
Fiona has been managing the Merici Kitchen Garden for the past 8 years. This is a teaching garden that grows seasonal vegetables using organic growing methods to supply the school canteen and restaurant.
Fiona will feature in the case study in the Sustainable Urban Farming session on day one.
